Breakdowns & Repairs

Our fully qualified and highly skilled engineers are available for breakdowns and repairs on any make of guillotine and folder.

We aim to attend a breakdown the same day, if this is not possible then we do our very best to attend the next day.

Our engineers have experience operating a wide range of machines. We are able to to source spare parts (such as belts, bearings, seals and O rings as well as brake and clutch linings.) from local suppliers; therefore we are able to offer them to our customers at a reduced rate.

Health & Safety Checks/Service

Our engineers are qualified to carry out HSE inspections which also include full service/preventative maintenance on the machine.

It is recommended that paper cutting guillotines are inspected every six months. Oil can be changed at the same time and should be changed every twelve months.

Operator Training

We offer full operating training on a wide range of guillotines and folders. Operators are trained at your premises on the machines they are familiar with. Points covered in training are - basic programming, knife change, daily safety checks etc.

Moves

Individual machines can be moved internally as well as complete relocation of plant and machinery. HSE safety checks included.

All machinery is fully covered by our insurance.
